I get very thirsty when i'm in the gym. What should I do?

  • I think you should drink more water because water can replace your sweat or any other substances that has been used when you do your exercise. Water helps you to get more energy. But, if you still vey thirsty, i highly recommend you to go to your doctor for more accurate diagnosis
